Milan the Dog needs a home

Milan is quite the handsome fellow; he is about 6-7 years old and approximately 11 lbs. In addition to his good looks, he is very charming, funny, intelligent, and great with other dogs. In fact, he arrived at Shih Tzu Rescue as the patriarch of his family. Milan’s prior living conditions were utter squalor, but it has enabled him to navigate through life’s ups and downs. We would like for him to live in the splendor he deserves.
